Brooke Davis

WOODRUFF- Rebecca Brooke Davis, 35, of 1206 Casey Road beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.                                                                               

Born March 29, 1982 in Fredricksburg, VA, she was the daughter of Robert Davis and Ann McAbee Davis of Woodruff and Beth Slay Coleman and William F. Coleman of Fredericksburg, VA. She was a 2000 graduate of Woodruff High School and a Lead Pharmacy Technician for CVS for 12 years.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her fiancé T.A. Owings of the home, daughters, Abby Jo Alewine, Abagail Owings, Savannah Owings, Lydia Owings all of the home; brothers, Robert Davis Jr. (Kylie) of Simpsonville, Bradley Davis (Casey) of Cross Anchor, Will Coleman and Adam Coleman both of Fredericksburg, VA.; sisters Danielle Simmons (Henry Lampley) and Sara Lynn Davis all of Woodruff; maternal grandmother, Shirley K Slay (the late William F. Slay) of Laurens; paternal grandmother, Irene C. Davis (the late William D. Davis) of Gray Court; step-grandmother, Joyce McAbee (the late Wendell McAbee) of Woodruff and was predeceased by  step-grandparents, Virginia Coleman Trent and Stephen W. Trent. She will be missed by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2017 at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 3, 2017 Rabun Creek Baptist Church in Hickory Tavern, SC. Burial will follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, Woodruff.
