Irene C. Williams

ENOREE- Irene Crowe Williams, 94, formerly of 931 Starnes Road died Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Golden Age Nursing Home.

  A native of Enoree, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Anna Stroud Crowe and the widow of Horace Williams.  She was a member of Enoree Church of God and was a retired textile worker with Abney Mill.

  Surviving are one daughter, Hazel Bennett of Spartanburg; two sons, Cortez (Martha) Williams of Enoree and Claude (Jane) Williams of Enoree; 4 beloved grandchildren, Neil (Eva) Williams of Laurens, Eddie Williams of Cross Anchor, Karen Bennett of Spartanburg and Pam Williams of Enoree; 9 great-grandchildren, Kristopher (Kasia) Williams, Amber DeShields, Tyler (Jasmine) Willams, Devan Williams, Austin Williams, Meghann (Crystal) Bennett, Anna Bennett, Matthew Reed, Ashlon Reed.

  Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 14, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Buster Ball.  Interment will follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

  Visitation will be held from 3:00-3:45 P.M. prior to the service.

  The family will be at their respective homes.
