ENOREE- Jessie James Richards, 81, of 7730 Cross Anchor Road died Sunday, November 5, 2017.

  A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Charlie James and Inez Lyda Richards.  He was a retired employee with Michelin, a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a member of Knighton Chapel Wesleyan Church.

  Surviving are two daughters, Linda Lawson (Donnie) of Woodruff and Brenda Brouillette (Joe) of Laurens; two brothers, Bobby Joe Richards (Ann) of Woodruff and Harold Richards (Ann) of Woodruff; two sisters, Robbie Nell Hudson of Woodruff and Nettie Lee Lambert of Hickory Tavern; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Ann Powers and two brothers, Alvin Richards and Charles Richards; also by three sisters, Selean Vinson, Shirlene Richards and Edna Weathers.

  Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Knighton Chapel Wesleyan Church.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

  Visitation will be held from 12:00-12:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  The family is at their respective homes.
