Lois W. Bolin

WOODRUFF- Lois Whitener Bolin, 93, of 361 Meadowbrook Avenue died Thursday, June 16, 2016 at the home of her daughter.

  A native of Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Claude “C.D.” and Ethel Gertrude Johnson Whitener.  She was a member of Landrum First Baptist Church and was a retired Nutrition Technician with Clemson Extension.

  Surviving are one daughter, Pat Baumgardner (Charles) of Woodruff; one grandson, Michael Baumgardner (Kim) of Woodruff; two great-grandchildren, Chandler Baumgardner and McKenzie Baumgardner.

  A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.at Cornerstone Baptist Church by Rev. Doug Huntsinger.

  Visitation will be held from 1:00-1:45 P.M. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church, 8480 Hwy. 221, Woodruff, S.C. 29388, Landrum First Baptist Church, 300 E. Rutherford Street, Landrum, S.C. 29356 or Woodruff Church of God, P.O. Box 275, Woodruff, S.C. 29388.
