Phillip Milton Taylor

ENOREE: Phillip Milton Taylor, 72 husband of Jewel Elizabeth Gideon Taylor of 1475 Watson Road died Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at his home.

Born August 8, 1943 in Laurens County, he was a son of the late William Arthur Taylor and Kathleen Emory Taylor. He was a retired manager with National Starch and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Phillip Taylor Jr of Laurens, Thomas Taylor of Maryland; daughter, Karen Hudson of Laurens; step-son, David Morrow (Peggy) of Cross Anchor; brother, Robert Taylor of Myrtle Beach and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016 at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Carrol Caldwell officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
