Sandra S. Corley
ENOREE- Sandra Scott Corley, 75, of 15590 Hwy. 221 died Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
A native of Greenwood County, she was the daughter of the late George Willard and Lillie Cockrell Scott. She was a retired 911 operator with Spartanburg County Emergency Dispatch. She was a former textile employee with Greenwood and Inman Mills and was a volunteer and member of the board of the the Enoree Fire Department, was former Captain of Enoree Rescue Squad #20 and also was a former paramedic with Spartanburg EMS.
Surviving are her husband, Bee Austin Corley of the home; three daughters, Brenda (Mike) Karski of Woodruff, Lynn Day of Enoree and Susan (Kenny) Hudson of Woodruff; son-in-law, Jim Rhodes of Enoree and she was predeceased by a daughter, Rhonda Anne Day Rhodes; two sisters, Nancy Davis of Greenwood and Peggy Watkins of Highlands, N.C.; one brother, Bobby Scott of Waterloo; 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Enoree First Baptist Church by Rev. Andy Moore. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary in Woodruff.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Enoree First Baptist Church Youth Fund, 1150 Parker Road, Enoree, S.C. 29335.
