Anthony Mansfield Obituary

WOODRUFF- Anthony Wayne Mansfield, 51, of 359 Pine Hills Road passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at his home.

A native of Lafayette, Indiana, he was the son of Mary Lank Mansfield and the late Dennis Mansfield.

He was a truck driver and a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Surviving are one daughter, Ava Helen Hope Mansfield of Woodruff; one sister, Brenda Ashba of Woodruff; one brother, James (Julie) Mansfield of Oklahoma; two step-daughters, Heather Teague and Chasity Radcliff; five nieces, Kayla Haynes, Jessica Haynes, Samantha Mansfield, Courtney Ashba and Nikki Ashba; one nephew, Gunner Ashba; three grandchildren, Mia Johnson, Silas Johnson and Ruby Radcliff.

At the request of the family no services will be held.
