Korey L. Cantrell

WOODRUFF- Korey Lance Cantrell, 42, of 2549 Harris Bridge Road passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from injuries sustained in a house fire at the family home.

A native of Greenville County, he was the son of Peggy Miller Cantrell of the home and Billy Cantrell of Woodruff. He was a former employee with Bi-Lo and Food Lion.

Surviving are one sister, Kasey Fowler (Kevin) of Simpsonville; one niece, Bailey Dickert (George); one nephew, Mason Queen and one great-nephew, Miller Dickert.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 20, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary by Rev. Steve Ramey. Interment will follow in Bramlett United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-2:45 p.m. prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

The family is at their respective homes.
