Lamar Crowe
WOODRUFF- William Lamar Crowe, 80, of 328 Parsons Road went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Regional Hospice Home.
A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Fred and Frances Casey Crowe. He was a member of the Woodruff Church of God where he served as a church usher, was a member of the Joy Club and a member of the Sanctuary Sunday School Class. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Bethel Masonic Lodge #112, the Hejaz Shriner’s and the American Legion. He was a retired Class A Machinist with Jeffrey Manufacturing after 50 years of service.
Surviving are his loving wife, Judy Arnold Crowe of the home; children, William L. Crowe Jr. (Callie) of Spartanburg, John B. Crowe Jr. (Debbie) of Spartanburg, Cathy Frost (Bobby) of Duncan, Robbie Crowe of Woodruff, Darryl Crowe of Woodruff, Dale Lollis (Julie) of Spartanburg and Danny Lollis (Leanne) of Perris, California; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-granddaughters. He was predeceased by a brother, John B. Crowe Sr.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodruff Church of God by Rev. Jonathan Knight, Rev. Buster Ball and Rev. Curtis Terry.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-6:45 p.m. in the church sanctuary prior to the service.
Serving as Honorary Escort will be the Joy Club, Ushers and Administrative Board Members of Woodruff Church of God.
