Lois F. Hyatt

WOODRUFF- Lois (Gippey) Fowler Hyatt, 87, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Montrose Manor in Woodruff.

  She was born September 4, 1930, to the late Edwin Fowler and Gladys Wood Fowler Littlefield and was the widow of Harold Todd Hyatt.  She was a member of Cavins Baptist Church and was a retired employee with Metromont Corporation after fifty years of service.

  Gippey is survived by one son, Harold Todd Hyatt, Jr.  She is also survived by her step-sisters, Juanita Bogan (Ken) of Greenville, Reba Vise of Lexington and Joyce Rhodes (Belton) of Woodruff, as well a number nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by two step-sisters, Myrtice Johnson of Anderson and Evelyn Harrison of Pauline.

  Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens by Rev. Carrol Caldwell.

  The family is at their respective homes.
