Niles D. Casey

ENOREE- Niles Duvail Casey, 76, died Wednesday, December 27, 2017.

  A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Freeman Casey Sr. and Mary Maddox Casey.  He was a member of Cedar Shoals Baptist Church where he was a former Greeter, Usher and had served on the Cemetery and Grounds Committee.  He was a retired employee with Hoechst Celanese in Shelby, N.C. and was a U.S. Marine Veteran.

  Surviving are his wife, Bobbi Patterson Casey of the home; one daughter, Donna (Mike) Styron of Waterloo; three sisters, Janet Casey of Enoree, Virginia Ruth Laorenzo of Aiken and Louise Derrick of Wisconsin; one brother, Olin Casey of Aiken; 1 grandson, Jonathan (Caroline) Casey.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Tina Leigh Casey.

  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Philip Long.  Interment will follow in Cedar Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery.

  Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Upstate Animal Rescue Foundation, P.O. Box 195, Townville, S.C. 29689.
