LIBERTY- Patty Bagwell Dismukes, 51, of 822 Rices Creek Road went home to be with the Lord, Friday, June 14, 2019 at McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville.

She was born July 15, 1967 to Barbara Maynard Bagwell and the late Jay David “J.D” Bagwell. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Liberty and was a former Registered Nurse and had acquired her BSN. She was a 1985 graduate of Woodruff High School.

Surviving are her husband, Brian Dismukes of the home; one daughter, Blair Dismukes of the home; two sons, Jakob Dismukes of Greenville and Breck Dismukes of the home; one sister, Angie Chastain of Woodruff.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at Liberty First Baptist Church, 400 Edgemont Avenue, Liberty, S.C. by Rev. Mark Kannarney and Rev. Fred Quidley.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. prior to the service in the church sanctuary. At Patty’s request the attire should be loud print and bright colors.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Palmetto Boys State or The Palmetto Girls State, 316 Boulevard, Anderson, S.C. 29621.
