BOILING SPRINGS- Mary Sue Robinson Hunter, 83, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

  A native of Lancaster County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Ada Estridge Robinson and was the widow of Rev. Julius Elton Hunter.  She was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church and was a retired LPN.

  Surviving are two sons, Jackie (Kim) Hunter of Enoree and Roger (Ginger) Hunter of Boiling Springs; one sister, Edith Henson of Kershaw; one brother, JB (Frieda) Robinson of Kershaw; 3 grandchildren, Jenna Hunter, Peyton Hunter and Kaci (Mark) Buhler; 2 great grandchildren, Emily Buhler and Aiden Buhler.  She was predeceased by a sister, Peggy Plyler.

  Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 22, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Boiling Springs First Baptist Church by Dr. Hank Williams and Rev. Bobby Lindsey.  Interment will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.

  Visitation will be held from 11:00-11:45 a.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 295 E. Main Street, Ste. 100, Spartanburg, S.C. 29302.

  The family is at the residence.
