WOODRUFF- Alexander Raymond “Alex” Ducos, 35, of 3091 Old Spartanburg Highway went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Jefferson County Hospital, Jefferson, Georgia.

He was born January 23, 1987, in Caracas, Venezuela. He formerly served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer and was an Artist.

Surviving are his parents, Luis and Cheryl Denise Spry Ducos of the home; three sisters, Sarah Schmidt of Spartanburg, Rachelle Digges of Kenya, Africa and Brittany Smith of Goose Creek, S.C.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel in Woodruff. Interment will follow at Green Pond Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
