WOODRUFF- Alice Wheeler Norteman,83, of 353 Valley View Drive, Three Pines went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 4, 2024, at her residence.

  She was born October 10, 1940, in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Robert Marrett Wheeler and Elizabeth Hibbs Wheeler.  She was a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church and was a retired tax preparer with H&R Block for 45 years.

  Surviving is her husband, William E. Norteman, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Elizabeth N. Bartlett of Daniel Island, Charleston, and Sali L. Sheafor (Lonnie) of Trempealeau, Wisconsin; one son, William E. Norteman III (Carrie) of Plainfield, Illinois; one sister, Mary Burton Wheeler Spiro of Forest Hills, New York; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Abner Creek Baptist Church by Rev. Bill Slattery and Rev. Paul Joyner.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 997, Woodruff, S.C. 29388.
