ENOREE- Annie Lawson Sumner,99, of 351 Ridge Road went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Regional Hospice Home.

  She was born December 3, 1925, in Spartanburg County to the late Jesse and Martha Brewington Lawson.  She was the oldest member of Lanford Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

  Surviving are two daughters, Elizabeth Mims of Enoree and Linda Strange of Enoree; one son, Stanley Dalton of Union; one brother, Monroe Lawson of Union; 5 grandchildren, Traci, Candi, Stacey, Heather and Amber; 7 great-grandchildren, Kelly, Madison, Macee, Brianna, Peyton, Ethan and Eli; 3 great-great-grandchildren, Triston, Adyn and Tegan.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Shelbie Sherbert and a son, Larry Dalton.

  Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Richard Cain.  Interment will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

  Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service in the church sanctuary.

  The family is at their respective homes.
