WOODRUFF- Arlane Mooney Weaver, 80, of 110 Bridwell Road passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Woodruff Manor.

A native of Cleveland County, North Carolina, she was a daughter to the late Champ Lane Mooney and Wilma Condrey Mooney. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was a former cafeteria employee with Woodruff Elementary School and was also a homemaker.

Surviving are two sons, Thomas (Dawn Watson) Weaver of Enoree and Timothy Weaver of Woodruff; one sister, Kathryn Wall of Shelby, North Carolina; one sister-in-law, Beth Weaver of Shelby, North Carolina; 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth (Clayton) Burton of Greenville, Jordan Lane Weaver of Cross Anchor and Thomas Trenton Weaver of Austin, Texas. She was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth “Libby” Davis, and a brother, Raymond Mooney.

A Graveside Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, May 3, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Yarboroughs Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Cross Anchor by Rev. Kenny Moore.

Visitation will immediately follow the service.
