Ashmore Lawson

ENOREE- Ashmore Lawson, 85, of 5608 Cross Keys Highway went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Regional Hospice Home.

  He was born November 10, 1937, in Spartanburg County to the late Jesse and Martha Brewington Lawson and was the widower of Betty Jo Wilburn Lawson.  He was a retired employee with W.R. Grace.

  Surviving are three sons, Donnie Lawson of Woodruff, Dennis Lawson (Kristie) of Gray Court and Randy Lawson of Enoree; one sister, Annie Sumner o Enoree; one brother, Monroe Lawson of Enoree; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

  Funeral services will be held Friday, December 9, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel in Woodruff by Rev. Carrol Caldwell.  Interment will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

  Serving as pallbearers, Justin Crowe, Brandon Crowe, Blake Lawson, Douglas Lawson, Ty Lawson and Roger Bagwell.

  Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  The family is at their respective homes.
