WOODRUFF- Barbara Scott Councell, 61, of 125 Frazier Street went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, October 3, 2024, at her residence.
She was born October 18, 1962, in New Castle, Kentucky to William and Helen Scott. She was a former employee with Oak Leaf Village.
Surviving is her husband, Douglas Allen Councell of the home; one son, Joshua James Geddis of the home; one brother, Bobby Robinson of New Castle, Kentucky; one sister, Margaret Berry of New Castle, Kentucky; one adopted sister, Anna Sweatt of Inman.
Funeral services and burial will be held in New Castle, Kentucky under the direction of Prewitt Funeral Home, 425 North Main Street, New Castle, Kentucky.
