Betty F. Theo
WOODRUFF- Betty Farmer Theo,94, of 1917 East Georgia Road passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022, at her residence.
She was born January 28, 1928, in Spartanburg County to the late William Henry and Lillie Johnson Farmer. She was the widow of Robert Vandiver "R.V." "Punk" Theo who passed away July 20, 2022. She was a 1946 graduate of Woodruff High School and was Co-Owner of R.V. Theo Used Auto Parts.
Surviving is one daughter, Patricia “Bootsie” Turner (Duane) of Boiling Springs; two stepdaughters, Frankie Theo Gilbert (Cly) of Chesnee and Jonnie Theo Casebeer (Rick) of Woodruff; 5 grandchildren, Lora Godfrey (Bill), Ivey Turner Martin, Jared Lanford (Kayla), Miranda Gilbert and Dalton Theo; 8 great-grandchildren, Lennox Martin, Maddison Martin, Morgan Parker, Gage Martin, Graham Martin, Banx Lanford, Noah Theo, and Alayna Theo. 2 great-great-grandchildren, Emersyn and Corbin Martin. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Erika Gilbert.
Graveside services will be held Friday, December 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens by Rev. Danny Garrett.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
The family is at their respective homes.
