Bobby Dean Rainwater,72, of 121 Hadden Heights Road, Spartanburg went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 8, 2025.

  He was born December 12, 1952, in Spartanburg County to the late Dean and Dorothy Fletcher Rainwater and was the widower of Brenda Richard Rainwater who passed away, November 19, 2023.  He was a member of Roebuck Church of God and was retired owner of Rainwater Siding and Construction.

  Surviving are two daughters, Reon Satterfield Garland (Dwayne) of Moore and Teresa Satterfield Crisp (Rick) of Boiling Springs; sister, Carolyn Willard of Woodruff; grandchildren, Lauren Garland Cisney (Brandon), Megan Garland, Katie Looney, Kassie Sellers (Houston) and Jacob Looney (Hannah); great-grandchildren, Addy Cisney, Carter Garland, Wyatt Sellers, Harrison Cisney and Iradessa Crisp.  He was predeceased by a son, Travis Rainwater and two brothers, Sonny Thornton and Junior Thornton.

  Funeral services will held Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Roebuck Church of God officiated by Rev. Richie Laster.  Interment will follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens, Roebuck.

  Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service in the church sanctuary.

  Serving as pallbearers, Rick Crisp, Dwayne Curtis, Houston Sellers, Austin Tomey, Richie Phillips and Zack Edwards.
