ENOREE- Brenda O’Shields Walker,76, of 11 Graham Street went home to be with the Lord, Monday, July 28, 2025, at her home after a long illness.

  She was born November 13, 1948, in Spartanburg County to the late J.W. O’Shields and Kate Owings O’Shields.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Enoree and was a retired textile employee with Inman Mills.  She was a graduate of Woodruff High School and Cecil’s Business College.

  Surviving is her husband of 58 years, Steve Walker of the home; one daughter, Brandi Taylor (Mike) of Enoree; son, Matthew Walker (Sean) of Woodruff; one grandchild, Kayla Dixon (Keith); two-great-grandchildren, Tanner Dixon and Ali Dixon.  She was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Wayne O’Shields.

  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Stephen Owensby and Rev. Brent Dowis.  Interment will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

  Serving as pallbearers, Jeff Taylor, Keith Gary, Jarrett Johnson, Marty Owens, Jeff Walker and Greg O'Shields

  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.
