WOODRUFF- Gordon William “Buddy” Few,79 of 1585 Old Switzer Road went home to be with the Lord, Friday, October 24, 2025, at his home.

  He was born April 2, 1946, in Woodruff to the late James Gordon Few and Ruby Banks Few.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Woodruff and was retired from Cryovac Sealed Air.  He also served his country in the U.S. Navy.

  Surviving is his wife, Cheryl Gates Few of the home; one sister, Terry Lynn Dickerson (Dennis) of Inman.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, officiated by Rev. Andrew Shull.

  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Woodruff, 801 Cross Anchor Road, Woodruff, S.C. 29388
