Calvin “Cornbread” Wilson
FOUNTAIN INN- William Calvin “Cornbread” Wilson, 31, of 183 Durbin Ridge Road went home to be with the Lord, Monday, April 1, 2019 at his home.
A native of Laurens County, he was born January 9, 1988 to Gerald and Angie Kiker Wilson of Gray Court. He was a former CNC Robotics Operator with Alupress and a member of Hickory Tavern Church of God.
Surviving are his wife, Kimberly Babson Wilson of the home; two daughters, Kyleigh Wilson and Rebecca McAbee both of the home; two sons, Hunter Wilson and Ethan Alexander both of the home; one sister, Amber Wilson of Enoree; one brother, Brandon Wilson of Enoree; father and mother-in-law, Bill and Dawn Hamby of Fountain Inn; paternal grandfather, Wayne Wilson of Gray Court; uncle and aunt, Anthony and Gerri Kiker of Gray Court; aunts, Melody Kiker of Laurens and Cynthia Kiker of Gray Court; nieces, Paige Hamby of Easley and Madi Wilson of Enoree; nephews, Gray Wilson of Enoree and Jayden Babson of Gray Court; sister-in-law, Patty Hamby of Easley; brother-in-law, Scott Babson of Gray Court. He is also survived by his honorary brothers, Melvin McClellion, James Crosby, John Taylor, Mitch Crouse and David Osborne.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary in Woodruff by Pastor Chad Jordan.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.
