Chad William Benson,52, of 130 Mitford Way, Fountain Inn passed away Monday, October 6, 2025.
He was born January 19, 1973, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Connie Lolatte Silver and was the stepson of Fred Silver of Anderson.
Chad received a B.A. Degree from Clemson University in 1996 and was a pharmaceutical sales representative.
Surviving is his wife, Sharon Godfrey of the home; one stepson, Ethan Kisner (Cassie) of Wellford; stepbrother, Kevin Silver (Jill) of Anderson. He is also survived by his beloved dog Rita.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel in Woodruff.
