Charles R. Collins

GREER- Charles Ray Collins, 63, of 226 Titan Court passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

He was born October 15, 1956 to Thelma Mae Buckner Wylie of Painesville, Ohio and the late Jesse Ray Collins. He was an Engineer with the Wood Group in Greenville.

Surviving are his wife, Susan Cominsky Collins of the home; one son, Cody Ray Collins (Hannah) of Woodruff; one daughter, Kelly Nicole Collins of Greer; one brother, Carl Dwayne Collins (Kim) of Streetsboro, Ohio.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 5, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Green Pond Memorial Cemetery by Rev. Donald Davis.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary in Woodruff.

The family is at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 636 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303 or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
