Charles E. Watson
ENOREE- Charles Edwin Watson Sr.,94, 1760 Rocky Ridge Road went home to be with the Lord, Friday, April 10, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center.
He was born on November 18, 1931, in Spartanburg County to the late Glover Watson and Clorese Lamb Watson and was the widower of Barbara Ann O’Bryant Watson who passed away March 30, 2021. He was a member of Cedar Shoals Baptist Church and was a retired construction worker.
Surviving are three daughters, Vickie Richards (Daniel) of Woodruff, Charlene King (David) of Woodruff and Karen Burdette (Tony) of Woodruff; one son, Charles Watson Jr. of Woodstock, Georgia; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Monday, April 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Gunne Davis and Rev. Fred Quidley.
Visitation will immediately follow the graveside service.
