Robert Dale Ward, 60, formerly of Woodruff, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at his home. 

Born October 24, 1963 in Cleveland County, NC., he was a son of the late John S. Ward Jr. and Margaret Ruth Sanders Ward. 

Surviving is his companion, Barbara Frady of Saluda; sister, Debbie Moore of Woodruff; brothers, Danny Ward of Woodruff and Chris Ward of Joanna. 

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2024 in the chapel of Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary with Rev. Fred Quidley officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:30 p.m. until the hour of service at the mortuary. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to, Traditions Hospice, 109 Laurens Rd Building 1 Suite A, Greenville, SC 29607. 

Family members are at their respective homes.
