Denny F. Watson

WOODRUFF- Denny Franklin Watson,74, of 150 Shell Drive went home to be with the Lord, Monday, June 30, 2025, at his home.

He was born November 27, 1950, in Spartanburg County to the late Lafayette Watson and Geneva Dyer Watson. He was a retired employee with National Starch and was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Vietnam.

Surviving are two brothers, Gerald Watson of Jacksonville, Florida and Beedie Watson of Piedmont; nieces and nephews, Melissa Cagle, Marsha Smith, Tina Leblanc, Michelle Casey, Stephen Watson, Randy Watson and Tony Watson; several great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Kenny Watson, Lonnie Watson and M.P. Watson; nephews, David Watson, Joey Watson, Bobby Watson and a niece, Teri Watson.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Tim Huckaby.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
