Dianne T. Melton

  Dianne Templeton Melton,68, of 408 Abner Road went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Valley Falls Terrace Nursing Center.

  She was born May 13, 1955, in Greenwood County to the late Frank and Betty Jo Sneed Templeton and was the widow of Donnie Melton.  She was a member of Selma Baptist Church and was a dedicated full-time volunteer with Agape Care Center Homeless Shelter in Woodruff.

  Surviving is one daughter, Jennifer Foster of Spartanburg; one son, Zachary Foster of Woodruff; three sisters, Libby Corley of Pennsylvania, Leigh Hendrix of Boone, North Carolina, and Debbie Morgan of Laurens; two brothers, Frank Templeton of Laurens, and Joe Templeton; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Fred Quidley.

  Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Agape Care Center, P.O. Box 1116, Woodruff, S.C. 29388.
