Ellie Westmoreland Knoke

 

 ENOREE- Mary Eleanor “Ellie” Westmoreland Knoke, 62, of 7290 Cross Anchor Road passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at her home.

 

  Born July 25, 1960, in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of Walter Thomas “Tommy” Westmoreland of Woodruff and the late Joanne Godfrey Westmoreland who passed away April 20, 2021. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Woodruff and was a retired Registered Nurse.

 

  Surviving is her daughters, Miranda Cooper of Woodruff, Mary Ann Cooper of Simpsonville; sister, Tommie Jo McAbee (Kent) of Woodruff; brother, James Westmoreland (Rebecca) of Woodruff; her companion, Danny Parham of the home; grandchildren, Peyden, Jaden, Raina, Eli, Addison, Kaleigh and Zachary.

 

  Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Woodruff with Reverend Andrew Shull and Mr. Bruce Boiter officiating. A private burial will follow the service.

 

  Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service in the church sanctuary.

 

  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Woodruff, 801 Cross Anchor Road, Woodruff, SC 29388 or Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.

 

  The family is at the home of her father, Tommy Westmoreland, 326 Hughes Street, Woodruff.
