Hubert L. Hill

ENOREE- Hubert Lee Hill,81, 630 Ball Park Road went home to be with the Lord, Friday, June 20, 2025, at his home.

  He was born February 20, 1944, in Winston County, Alabama to the late William Riley Hill and Vera Chambliss Hill.  He was a member of First Baptist Church, Enoree and was a retired textile employee.  Mr. Hill was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Germany.

  Surviving is his loving wife, Mary Ann Marshall Hill of the home; two daughters, Amy (Wesley) Sutton of Woodruff and Lauren (Zane) Orias of Woodruff; one son, Lee (Dina) Hill of Woodruff; two sisters, Shelva Jean Hay of Arley, Alabama and Martha Drozdzewski of Warren, Michigan; one brother, Glenn (Sharon) Hill of Jasper, Alabama; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services will be held Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel, Woodruff, officiated by Rev. John Huckaby.  Interment will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

  Serving as pallbearers, Lee Hill, Zane Orias, Matthew Orias, Marty Owens, Jarrett Morris, Wesley Sutton and Christopher Lawson.

  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303.

  The family is at their respective homes.
