WOODRUFF- James Howard “Jim” Green, 63, 1114 East Georgia Street passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

He was born January 28, 1959, in Spartanburg County to Martha Jennings of Woodruff and the late William Curtis Green. Jim loved sports and was a Woodruff Wolverine Fan, a Clemson Fan and a Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.

Surviving is one sister, Kay Green of Woodruff. He was predeceased by two brothers, Dale Green and Frankie Green.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Carrol Caldwell. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.

The family is at their respective homes.
