FOUNTAIN INN- Jo Ann Leake Richards,86, of 285 Richards Drive went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at her home.

  She was born August 12, 1939, in Spartanburg County to the late Paul Leake and Otis Woody Leake and was the widow of Larry Lavan Richards.  She was a member of Knighton’s Chapel Wesleyan Church and retired from Wilson’s Sporting Goods formerly in Fountain Inn.

  Surviving are three daughters, Tammy Coley (Keith) of Simpsonville, Mandy McCraw of Fountain Inn and Candace Yost (Chris) of Fort Mill; one sister, Debbie Leake of Fountain Inn; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

  Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Knighton’s Chapel Wesleyan Church by Rev. Stephen Love.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

  Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service in the church sanctuary.

  The family is at their respective homes.
