Johnny Sherbert

WOODRUFF- Johnny Sherbert,71, of 3777 Harris Bridge Road passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Fountain Inn Post Acute Care.

  He was born July 11, 1953, in Spartanburg County to the late Oren Sherbert Sr. and Lois Lawson Sherbert.  He was a retired machine operator with W.R. Grace.  Johnny was an avid race fan and loved baseball.  He loved his fur baby "Dax".

  Surviving is his wife, Jenny Lynn Osborne Sherbert of the home; three sisters, Dianne Gowan of Jonesville, Judy Sherbert of Enoree and Jackie Henderson of Jonesville; one brother, Oren Sherbert Jr. of Enoree; father and mother-in-law, Melvin and Louise Ruppe Osborne of Woodruff; four nieces, Lindsey Hendrick, Chesney Thompson, Emily Gibson and Melissa Gentry; one nephew, Kenny Sherbert.  He is also survived by other great-nieces and great-nephews.

  Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Bramlett United Methodist Church Cemetery officiated by Mr. Stephen Ruppe-Opening Prayer, Dr. Josh Ray-Message and Rev. Jackie Ray-Committal Prayer.

  Serving as pallbearers, Donnie Lawson, Luke Cooper, Michael Thompson and Doug Hendrick.
