Born September 10, 1944, in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Joseph Buchheit and Edith Maude Williams Buchheit. Joe graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1963 and married the love of his life, Sue “Susie” Stansbury of Wellsville, on September 5, 1964.
