WOODRUFF- Judy Gail Fowler Kelly, 69, of 125 Wofford Circle went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at her residence.

  She was born September 24, 1954, in Spartanburg County to the late Elmer and Louise Perkins Fowler.  She was a member of Bellview Baptist Church and was a retired registered nurse for 30 years having work at B.J. Workman Hospital, Mary Black Memorial Hospital and retiring from Spartanburg Medical Center.  She loved her family, her church and nursing.

  Surviving is her husband, Ray Kelly of the home; two sons, Jason Kelly (Heather) of Woodruff and Jeff Kelly of Spartanburg; 4 grandchildren, Kayla Kelly Smith (Austin) of Fort Hood, Texas, Blake Kelly of Woodruff, Nathan Kelly of Woodruff and Christopher Kelly of Greenville; 2 great-grandchildren, Ky Smith and Kyleigh Kelly; 2 step-grandchildren, Sara Grace Westmoreland of Florida and Samuel Blake Westmoreland of Woodruff.  She was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Lester.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Bellview Baptist Church by Rev. Carey Caldwell.

  Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bellview Baptist Church Building Fund, 901 Bellview Road, Woodruff, S.C. 29388.
