FOUNTAIN INN- Kathy Jean Davis Sonefelt, 71, of 184 Olander Drive passed away Friday, December 9, 2022, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, October 8, 1951, to the late Charles Glenn and Hazel Calhoun Davis. She was a retired receptionist.

Surviving is one daughter, Karen Jean French of Tomball, Texas; one son, Jimmy Charles “Chuck” Sonefelt of Lompoc, California; three sisters, Diane Whitmire of Taylors, Brenda Brown of Simpsonville and Mary Ann Richards of Fountain Inn; two brothers, Charles “Pete” Davis of Piedmont and Michael Marion Davis of Piedmont; one granddaughter, Ashley Noffsinger; two great-grandchildren, Cohen Noffsinger and Harbin Noffsinger.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Reedy Fork Baptist Church in Piedmont at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Keith Cothran
