Kevin Michael Grubbs

WOODRUFF- Kevin Michael Grubbs,45, of 1545 Kilgore Bridge Road passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center.

He was born September 24, 1980, in Spartanburg County to the late Jerry Grubbs and Kathy Stwart Grubbs of Woodruff.

Surviving in addition to his mother is one son, Konnor Grubbs of Woodruff; two sisters, Kimberly Gwinn of Greenville and Stephanie Grubbs of Woodruff.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, officiated by Rev. Monte Guffey.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to be made to Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff, SC 29388 (864)476-3101 to help with funeral expenses.
