MOORE- Larry Michael Burrell,71, of 162 Graystone Drive passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at his residence.

  He was born June 13, 1953, in Spartanburg County to the late Lawrence Allen Burrell and Nellie Grace Plumley Burrell.  He was a member of Switzer First Baptist Church.  He was a U.S. Navy Veteran Seabees where he served as a Medical Technician and a Dental Technician and was a member of the VFW Post 33, Woodruff.

  Surviving is his wife, Kathy Dietz Burrell of the home; one daughter, Heather Jean Burrell (Donny Osborne) of Moore; one son, James Michael Burrell of the home; one granddaughter, Madison Nicole Osborne of Moore; one great-granddaughter, Nova Grace Osborne-Greene; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Teresa Burrell of Landrum.  He was predeceased by two sisters, Barbara Edwards (Wayne) and Lynn Waters and one brother, Frank Allen Burrell.

  Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. George McDowell.

  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. prior to the service.

  A cremation will follow the service.
