Larry Letourneau

WATERLOO- Lawrence William “Larry” Letourneau, 73, of 39 Avalon Drive passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Regional Hospice Home.

  He was born June 4, 1950, in St. Johnsbury, Vermont to the late Andrew and Dorothy Jean Lowell Letourneau Bell (Paul Vernon Bell).  He was of the Catholic faith and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.  He was a master electrician and was a retired electrical superintendent with Flour Daniel.

  Surviving are two sons, Clint Letourneau (Ramona) of Enoree; Curt Letourneau of Raleigh, North Carolina; five sisters, Susan Hellams of Woodruff, Ginger Byrd of Simpsonville, Peggy Redding of Travelers Rest, Paula Capps of Spartanburg, and Jennifer Bell of Spartanburg; two brothers, Jeff Bell of Woodruff, and Ron Bell of Woodruff; two grandchildren, Casey Letourneau of Enoree and Isabelle Letourneau of Longwood, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a nephew, Corey Hellams.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary by Pastor Tabitha Hellams.

  Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256/www.woundedwarriorproject.org or The Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, S.C. 29605.
