ENOREE- Linda Ann Sturgis Forman, 61, of 1150 Watson Road passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 3, 1959 in Woodbury, New Jersey to the late Harry Sturgis II and Barbara Sturgis. She was a member of Enoree United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. She was the widow of George Martin Forman who passed away February 4, 2018 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Surviving are three sons, Chris Forman of Enoree, Brett Forman of Enoree and Michael Chew of Chatsworth, New Jersey; two sisters, Barbara McMichael of Arizona and Bonnie Milligan of New Mexico; one brother, Harry Sturgis III of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Harrison Forman, Luke Piegaro, Autumn Piegaro, Eric Vanarsdale, Gayden Hillsee and Colton Hillsee.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Enoree United Methodist Church by Rev. Kevin Bishop.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, S.C. 29615.
