Linda P. Ingle
WOODRUFF- Linda Parks Ingle,74, of 1524 River Road went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 24, 1950, in Greenville County to the late Thomas Peyton Parks Sr. and Betty Zane Garrison Parks. She was a member of Bellview Baptist Church where she taught Children’s Church for over 30 years. She was a 1968 graduate of Greenville High School, attended Brevard College and was a graduate of Anderson College. Linda was a retired employee with Henderson Advertising after 30 years.
Surviving is her loving husband, Arthur Bruce Ingle whom she wed on December 8, 1978; two daughters, Morgan Ingle Wilson (Dale) of Woodruff and Malorie Ingle (Darrius Green) of Woodruff; brother-in-law, John E. Ingle (Linda) of Asheville; two stepbrothers, Dr. Michael Davenport (Deceased), his wife, Valerie Cote of Chapin, and Jimbo Davenport of Florence; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson, Linda leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, close family and friends. She was predeceased by a brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Peyton Parks Jr. and Jan Deloach Parks.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Bellview Baptist Church by Rev. Carey Caldwell. Interment will follow in the church sanctuary.
Visitation will immediately follow the service.
