Loretta W. Burdette
CHAPIN: Lorette Williams Burdette, 73, formerly of Woodruff and the wife of Larry Burdette passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.
Born in Woodruff on May 10, 1948, to the parents of Lloyd B. and Jessie Waddell Williams.
Loretta was a member of Woodruff Church of God and a homemaker.
She is also survived by three sons; Garren Burdette (Donna) of Chapin, Gregory Burdette of Ridgeville, and Galen Burdette of Woodruff; one sister, Holly Lambert of Woodruff and three grandchildren, Faith Burdette, Cole Burdette, and Owen Burdette.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, Randy Williams.
Funeral services will be at 5:00 PM at Lanford-Gwinn Chapel on Thursday, March 24, 2022 officiated by Bishop Doyle Roberts and Pastor Manny and Jeannie Aviles.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 4:45 pm prior to the service at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary.
