WOODRUFF- Bertha Louise Waddell, 88, of 3 Maple Street passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2020.

She was born February 12, 1932 to the late Broadus and Eva Johnson Waddell. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and a retired textile employee with Reeves Bros. Mills Mill Plant.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are three nieces, Connie Gregory of Joanna, Sheila Roberts of Waterloo and Rebecca Wood of Woodruff; three nephews, William Waddell of Duncan, Charles “Sonny” Waddell of Woodruff and Johnny Waddell of Woodruff. She is also survived by a number of great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Pond Memorial Gardens by Rev. Allen Simpson.

Visitation will immediately follow the graveside service.

The family is at their respective homes.
