WOODRUFF- LuAnn Page Workman Fowler, 66, of 1677 Edwards Road went on her sweet journey to be with the Lord and reunited with her heavenly family Friday, August 7, 2020 at Regional Hospice Home.

  A native of Spartanburg County, she was born in Woodruff on November 4, 1953 to the late Ray and Polly Crook Page and was the widow of Terry Andrew “Rat” Fowler who passed away January 26, 2020.  She was a member of Bellview Baptist Church and was a retired Administrative Assistant with Greenville Memorial Hospital.  She attended Woodruff High School and was a graduate of Dorman High School Class of 1972.

  LuAnn loved to laugh and tell stories of her childhood adventures with her many cousins she loved so much.  LuAnn was a beautiful singer and loved to shag.

  “For having you in our lives, we have all been blessed.  But now the time has arrived, for you to rest.

  And though you’ve walked through heaven’s gate we’re never far apart, for every time we think of you, you’re right here deep, within our hearts.”

  Surviving are two sons who were her heart and soul, Michael (Missy) Workman of Woodruff and Matt (Jennifer) Workman of Woodruff; one sister, Donna (John) Casey of Woodruff; one brother, Johnny (Debbie) Page of Greer; 5 beloved grandchildren, Sarah Workman, Seth Workman, Chloe Worley, Brayden Workman and Landen Workman.  She was predeceased by a brother, Norman Eugene Page who passed away October 19, 2019.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, August 9, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Andrew Shull and Mr. Danny Knight.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Area Mental Health, 250 Dewey Avenue, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303.

  The family is at their respective homes.
