Mark Chastain

WOODRUFF- Mark David Chastain, 68, of 201 Carlton Road went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Pelham Medical Center.

  He was born August 30, 1955, in Charleston to the late James and Virginia Lewis Chastain and was the widower of Karen Sue Jager Chastain.  He retired from Span America Medical Systems and attended Springwell Church in Taylors.

  Surviving are two daughters, Chrissy (Dusty) Hostetler of Woodruff and Bonnie (Torbjorn) of Sweden; one son, Matt (Erin) Chastain of Simpsonville; one sister, Sarah Cook of Greenville; one brother, Jeff Chastain of Easley; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Pastor Jonathan Pearson. 

  Visitation will be held immediately following the service.
