Nathan H. Van Sluys

WOODRUFF- Nathan Harold Van Sluys, 77, passed away January 19, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

He was born March 19, 1943 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to the late Harold and Jeanice Van Sluys.

Mr. Van Sluys was a retired employee with Michelin and had served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Surviving are his wife, Corrine “Connie” Doyle Van Sluys of the home; one son, Chris Van Sluys of the home; two daughters, Jennifer Erickson (Carl) of Edina, Minnesota and Katie Van Sluys (Tim Wise) of Santa Cruz, California; two grandchildren, Brock Latvala and Maia Latvala; 4 brothers, Sheldon Van Sluys (Linda), Corky Van Sluys (Carol), Reid Van Sluys (Edith) and Blaine Van Sluys.

A graveside service will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Woodruff.
