PACOLET- Oren Devore Osteen, 79, of 610 West Main Street passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at his home.

He was born March 19, 1941 to the late Ray and Minnie Sprouse Osteen. He attended The Cowboy Church in Pacolet and was a retired electrician with Georgia Pacific.

Surviving are his wife, Dianne Powell Osteen of the home; two sons, Brian Osteen (Jody) of Boiling Springs and Michael Osteen of Pacolet; one daughter, Pam Phillips of Pacolet; one sister, Mary Snow of Startex; two brothers, Robert Osteen of Gaffney and Johnny Osteen of Spartanburg; 4 grandchildren, Chloe Osteen, Brylee Osteen, Christy Hames and Kelly Phillips; 4 great-grandchildren, Diana Wofford, Christopher Wofford, Destiny Hames and Briana Hames.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff by Rev. Mitch Trammell.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. prior to the service.

A cremation will follow the service.

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic it is requested that masks and social distancing be practiced during the visitation and funeral service.
