Phil Neal
WOODRUFF- Philip Lowell “Phil” Neal,61, of 115 Vaughn Road passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022, at his residence.
He was born in Greenville on January 13, 1961, he was the son of Nona Floyd Neal of Woodruff and the late Norris Lowell Neal Sr.
He was a member of Green Pond Baptist Church, and formerly worked as a Machinist with General Electric. He was a 1979 graduate of Woodruff High School and studied at R.D. Anderson Vocational School.
Phil is survived by a daughter, Brittny Flynn (Mario) of Woodruff; sister, Kathleen Neal Mason of Raleigh, NC; brother, Norris Lowell (Bubba) Neal Jr. of Travelers Rest; and a grandchild, Makai Flynn.
A Memorial service will be held at Green Pond Baptist Church on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 6:30 PM, officiated by Rev. Dick Williams.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
